RETURN POLICY

Returning an Ink House Tees product

Before making a return you must contact Customer Support to obtain an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number please contact us at info@inkhousetees.com, and include the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. If applicable please indicate replacement needs and corrections. Once RMA has been created you will receive shipping instructions and address to ship to.  Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel. 

Shipping charges for products returned

All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

What can be returned

Items received defective or with print errors on fault of Ink House Tees can be returned or exchanged with approval. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

If you are approved for a return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.

What cannot be returned

No return requests will be accepted after 7 days of receiving the order. Items with errors in spelling,sizing, design or design placement that was pre-approved by the customer can not be returned. Perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, and sale items are all final sale and not eligible for exchange or replacement. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Returns for refund or replacements

If the product is defective or printed incorrectly by fault of Ink House Tees, a replacement or refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. All other approved returns will be for replacements only. 

Canceling or changing an order

Once payment has gone through for an order, cancellations or decrease of quantities can not be accepted. Once an order has been placed you have up to 24 hours for any change requests. Change requests may vary depending on when order has been received and started. Once order has been started no change request can be accepted.
